2. Exhibitor Procedures: Fill out the exhibitor application form and contract with the official seal and mail or fax it to the Organizing Committee. The full amount of the exhibition fee or 50% of the deposit will be telegraphically transferred to the organizing committee within five working days from the date of mailing or faxing the contract.

3. Booth allocation principle: "Apply first, pay first, arrange first". After remittance of various expenses, exhibitors must fax the bank remittance slip to the organizing committee for verification. The organizing committee will arrange booths according to the "three first" principle. The organizing committee will only confirm the booth to the exhibiting company after receiving the fee.

4. If the exhibitor company terminates the exhibition contract in the middle, the exhibition fee paid to our company will be regarded as liquidated damages.
